A rainproof rug with double chest buckles, triple neck clip straps, double surcingle straps and two adjustable/removable tail straps with bull buckles. This combo has great breathability and circulation, a fleece lined poll, shoulder gussets for flexibility and a poly cotton lined inner shell. This combo is available in sizes 49-70.
